Paid registrations carry a 2% platform fee + Stripe processing (2.9% + $0.30). You can pass these fees to registrants.

Yes. Invite collaborators from your camp's settings page. Give them Editor access (full control) or Viewer access (read-only). There's no limit on collaborators.
Set a capacity limit when you create the camp. Once it's full, new registrations go to a waitlist. You'll be notified when a spot opens and can release it to the next person.
Yes. Your roster and check-in data are only visible to you and your collaborators. Participants who scan the QR code can only see their own session — not the full roster.
