How do I create a camp?
From your dashboard, click 'New Camp', enter a name, and you're set. You can then add sessions and a roster.
How does QR code check-in work?
Open the Check-In page for any session and display the QR code on a screen or print it. Participants scan it with their phone camera — no app needed. They find their name and tap to check in.
How do I import a roster?
Go to a session's Roster page and click Import. Upload a CSV or Excel file. We'll detect the name columns automatically, or you can map them manually.
Can I invite other coaches to help manage a camp?
Yes. On your camp's page, click 'Invite Collaborator'. Enter their email and choose their role (Editor or Viewer). They'll receive an invite link.
What's the difference between Editor and Viewer roles?
Editors can add/edit sessions, manage the roster, and run check-ins. Viewers can only view sessions and attendance — they can't make changes.
How do I export attendance?
On any session's Roster page, click 'Export CSV'. This downloads a spreadsheet with every participant's name, check-in status, time, and method.
What happens to old sessions?
Sessions are automatically archived 12 hours after they end so your dashboard stays clean. You can unarchive them anytime from the Archived view.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is stored in an encrypted PostgreSQL database. QR check-in links are signed with HMAC tokens so they can't be forged. We never sell your data.
