Release notes: October 13, 2026
Here's what's new in Camp Check-In for .
Featured
- Ask your own questions at registration. Add up to ten questions to any registration form — shirt size, position, allergies, whatever you need. Short text, dropdowns, checkboxes, yes/no, numbers, dates and phone numbers. Answers keep a copy of the question they were given, so editing a question later never changes what a family actually answered. (Organizers)
- Times now show the timezone they belong to. Every session time and check-in carries its program's zone, so a 5pm program in Toronto reads 5:00 PM EDT whether you look from Vancouver, Toronto or a laptop set somewhere else entirely. (All users)
- A proper phone layout. Your main screens sit in a bar at the bottom instead of hiding behind your profile picture, with check-in one tap from anywhere. Text and buttons are bigger throughout, and tapping a form field no longer zooms the page. (All users)
More good stuff
- One word for a program. The app said Camp in some places and Program in others. It says Program everywhere now, including the page families see. (All users)
- Your dashboard opens with today's work. Today's sessions come first, and when nothing is on, a single line tells you when the next one is. The counts moved below, as a summary rather than a greeting. (Organizers)
- Easier to read. Cards have a visible edge and headings are dark enough to read, which matters most on a phone in daylight. (All users)
- Co-organizer invites expire after seven days. An invite link sitting in an old email forever is a way in that nobody is watching. (Organizers and co-organizers)
- Duplicating a session asks about the date instead of quietly copying the original one. (Organizers)
- Reopen the setup guide any time from Account settings. (Organizers)
- Exports are fixed. Check-in times were several hours ahead, and a comma in a name or a time could break a row. Both corrected, and the time column now names its timezone. (Organizers)
- Today means today where the program is. An evening session could previously drop out of "today's sessions" while it was still running, because the app used your device's clock rather than the program's. (Organizers)
